Ole Rygg
Ole Rygg is the President and a Senior Consultant at Trive. He has supported organizations and leaders throughout the US, Canada and Europe, using his expertise and passion for creating healthy and effective organizations, effective teams and deliberate leadership.
Ole has a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Oslo, Norway, and a Bachelor’s from the University of Lund, Sweden. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), a Certified Talent Consultant (CTC) by the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing (IPAT), and a certified mediator. Ole has advanced certifications from Hogan Assessments, Korn Ferry, and the Human Capital Institute, and he is an Authorized Partner and facilitator of Everything DiSC®, PXT Select®, and Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®.
TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Silje Rygg
Silje is a Talent Development Specialist with a background in business development, management, and coaching. A recent University of Manitoba graduate, she is passionate about helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. She is an authorized facilitator of Everything DiSC® and Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®, bringing expertise in leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational growth. Outside of work, Silje coaches figure skating, enjoys traveling, staying active, and exploring new cultures.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT
Ingrid Rygg
Ingrid is the Marketing and Communications Assistant at Trive, overseeing operations, client experience, marketing, and business development. With a background in leadership, creative communications, and project management, she brings a people-focused approach to building efficient systems and supporting organizational growth. She is so proud to belong to a family that pushes her to be the best she could be.
Outside of work, Ingrid is a singer-songwriter, photographer, and actress who enjoys traveling with her family, running, hiking, and being at the ocean.
